Ms Chan is a Registered Nurse and Parenting Educator with over 20 years of experience in pediatric nursing. Combining clinical expertise with her practical experience as a mother of two, she is dedicated to promoting holistic child development and health. She currently collaborates with the CUHK Health Team on the Jockey Club Bright Start Project, empowering educators and parents at child care centers through evidence-based health and parenting education.

Ms Tracie CHENG

Project Co-ordinator

Ms Cheng is a Project Co-ordinator at the CCOUC, CUHK. She holds a Master of Public Health degree (majoring in Environmental and Occupational Health & Infectious Diseases) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she was awarded the Best Capstone Research Project Prize. She has experience in academic research management, quantitative data analysis, and community health education. Her work at CCOUC focuses on project coordination, research management, and community health interventions.

Ms Meilan CAI

Research Assistant

BEcon, BMan (Renmin University of China), MSc (CUHK)

Ms Cai is a Research Assistant at CCOUC, CUHK. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Management from Renmin University of China and a Master of Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has an interdisciplinary background in environmental information and public health, with skills in the application of geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing. Her research interests include integrated disaster risk management, climate change and health, and cross-border disaster governance. She has contributed to research on population migration in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, preparatory work for community public health and disaster risk interventions in Cambodia, and the coordination of academic exchanges and international collaboration projects.
