Professor May Pui Shan YEUNG (杨贝珊教授)

Professor May PS Yeung is a medical doctor specialising in public health. She worked in the Department of Health of Hong Kong SAR Government on emergency response and planning and infectious disease control. She joined volunteer services in Liberia, Manila Philippines and mainland China. Her interest is on health systems responses to emergency and medical humanitarian assistance.
Dr. Tony Ka Chun YUNG (翁家俊博士)

Dr. Yung obtained his Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and registered as Accredited Practicing Dietitian in Australia. He is also a Sports Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. He practiced in Grantham Hospital before joining the JC School of Public Health and Primary Care in year 2003 responsible for the promotion of nutritional health. He is currently a senior lecturer responsible for teachings, tutorials and researches related to nutrition aspect of public health. His research interests include diet behaviours of vulnerable populations, nutrition issues related to disasters as well as sports nutrition.
Dr. Holly Ching Yu LAM (林靖宇博士)
BEng (CUHK), MSc (CUHK), PhD (CUHK)
Dr. Holly Lam obtained her Master degree in Department of Statistics(CUHK) and her PhD degree in the School of Public Health and Primary Care (CUHK). She joined the school in 2010 and has worked on cancer epidemiological research projects. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the CCOUC. Her research interests are climate-related health issues and environmental epidemiology.
Mr. Chi Shing WONG (黃智诚先生)
Mr. Wong has a background in Journalism and Communication. Having worked as a journalist in a local English newspaper, he received his Master in Comparative Politics at the London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on democratization, ethnic politics and nationalism with regional foci in China and Southeast Asia, and researched on political identity at the University of Oxford afterwards. Upon his return to Hong Kong, Mr. Wong has worked in various teaching, research and administrative positions at local academic institutions.
Ms. Carol Ka Po WONG （黄嘉宝小姐）

Ms. Wong is a journalist by training and has acquired a Master's Degree in International and Public Affairs. She has years of project management experience in NGOs in Hong Kong and overseas, with a focus on public health and disaster managements. Before joining CCOUC, Ms. Wong had stationed in the Philippines for more than two years, where her work in the field particularly focused on slum health and disaster preparedness. This comprises preventive health, nutrition and WASH, which enables her to accumulate a wide range of practical experience in these areas.
Mr. Cheuk Pong CHIU (赵卓邦先生)

Mr. Chiu obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology and Nursing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1999 and 2007, respectively. After graduation, he practiced nursing in the areas of Orthopedic and Accident and Emergency for four years. In 2012, he obtained his Professional Diploma in Tropical Nursing from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. He joined Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Field Worker in 2013. Since joining MSF in 2013, he has completed missions for trauma-related emergency in Pakistan, Ebola outbreak in Liberia, war-related emergency in Yemen and Rohingya refugee crisis in Bangladesh. He is now studying Master of Public Health with the concentration of Infectious Diseases. Mr. Chiu is now serving as nurse at CCOUC with particular focus on field-based training.
Mr. Keith Yun Chau HON (韩润畴先生)
Mr. Hon obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance at City University of Hong Kong. Before joining CCOUC, Mr. Hon had years of experience in education projects. He is now serving as project coordinator for finance management and administration for the centre. In addition, he is also responsible for coordinating a train-the-trainer programme for secondary school teachers.
Mr. Eugene Siu Kai LO（卢肇锴先生）

Mr. Lo received his Master degree in Public Health (concentrations in epidemiology and biostatistics) at the University of Hong Kong in 2018. Previously, he studied in the Baptist University of Hong Kong for the Bachelor degree in Psychology and then worked in the research department of Neurology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His experiences include database maintenance, data analysis and psychology assessment interview. Now he is serving as research assistant at CCOUC.
Ms. Asta Yi Tao MAN (文易淘小姐)
BA (Sarah Lawrence College), MPH (ISMMS/Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai)
Ms. Man received her Master’s degree in Global Health and Epidemiology in New York and wrote her thesis on mental health outcomes of disasters. Prior, her Bachelor’s degree was in Liberal Arts and she studied Microbiology and Creative Writing. Her experiences include qualitative interviews and community-level support at various non-government organizations. At CCOUC, Ms. Man is currently involved in research on climate change and health.
Mr. Zhe HUANG （黄喆先生）
Junior Research Assistant

Mr. Huang received his Master of Public Health from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013, majoring in epidemiology and biostatistics. Previously, he obtained a bachelor's degree in public utilities management in Guangzhou Medical University in China. He has participated in field-based assessments and interventions in rural areas in China. Mr. Huang is now serving as project officer at CCOUC with particular focus on climate change and data analysis.
Ms. Sophine Tsang Nok Sze （曾诺诗小姐）
Junior Research Assistant
Ms. Tsang obtained her Bachelor’s degree at the Baptist University of Hong Kong with a major in Geography and minor in Japanese. Her research interests include local agriculture and resource management. Ms. Tsang is now serving as a junior research assistant at CCOUC.
Ms. Rosanna Tse Ying SO （苏紫盈小姐）
Ms. So obtained her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Hong Kong with double majors in Fine Arts and China Studies (Arts Stream). Before joining CCOUC, she has years of experience in event organization and management. She is now responsible for assisting in the coordination of CCOUC’s Asia projects.
